"Hannah Montana" mega-star Miley Cyrus (#19) re-enters this week's Lycos 50, skyrocketing 633 percent following controversy over a recent Vanity Fair photo spread. The Vanity Fair photos, shot by acclaimed photographer Annie Leibovitz, include the 15-year-old Cyrus apparently wrapped in a satin bedsheet with her back exposed. Cyrus has apologized to fans for the photos which accompany an interview with Miley and her father, and singer, Billy Ray Cyrus, who also stars alongside his daughter in "Hannah Montana."
