Twin Star Adds Another Key Executive

Richard Gjerulff joins Twin Star as new CFO

WASHINGTON, April 14 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Twin Star, a Washington, D.C. based broadcasting, new media and advertising firm, announces the hiring of another member of their executive staff. Richard Gjerulff has been hired as the company's Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately.

Richard Gjerulff, former owner and managing director of DC-based Congressional Funding, joins the company after 30+ years in the financial services industry. He started Congressional Funding in the mid-80s and has since participated in over 6 billion dollars of financial placements. Prior to Congressional, Gjerulff held Senior VP and Partner positions with several leading financial institutions.

At Twin Star, Gjerulff will be responsible for the development of critical strategic partnerships with select investors for current Twin Star assets as well as future acquisitions. Gjerulff will be joining the Twin Star team at the National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) Conference this week in Las Vegas, where they will be meeting with key investors and brokers in the broadcast industries.
