Congressman Solomon Ortiz to Speak About the Merida Initiative on Azteca America's 'Issues: Caras y Voces'

Ortiz on the Monday, April 21 broadcast of "Issues: Caras y Voces" (Issues: Faces and Voices), hosted by veteran Latino journalist Armando Guzman.
