Streetology1.com Combines Users' Favorite Social Networking Features on One Site

NEW YORK, March 11 /PRNewswire/ -- Streetology Productions Inc. announces the launch of www.Streetology1.com, the first social networking site to combine features found at Facebook, MySpace and YouTube in one place. This fully interactive website will let people create their own video pages, participate in Web conferencing, stream live videos, instant message, engage in audio chats, and create and visit other networks.

"It's a one-stop networking spot," says co-founder Lou Duarte.

What began as an online video network concept grew steadily to become a unique site that encompasses all social networking capabilities. Surpassing the capabilities of the original idea, Streetology1.com will allow visitors to upload videos up to *three hours long, categorize and tag videos and manage video quality.

If the video features call certain naughty celebrities to mind, you're way off.

"Our site will be family-friendly," says co-founder Jacob Smith. "We'll monitor the site for inappropriate posts and rely on user reports. As it grows, we'll hire a monitoring staff."

Another feature that sets Streetology1.com apart is the ability visitors will have to create their own networks. "This is a big part of our vision," Duarte says. "Individual network owners will have the capability to link from their own sites or stream from the main site." In addition, users may pay to upload their own promotional banners to Streetoloyg1.com.

Together, Duarte and Smith have more than 25 years' experience in entertainment production. After working in special events for the Boston Red Sox, Duarte moved to film and television production, including working on "The Chris Rock Show" and "The Queen Latifah Show."

Smith, who has been in entertainment production since 1992, was the co- creator and production coordinator for "Jacob's Dream," an award-winning public service announcement created for the New York City Department of Health.

The pair thinks Streetology1.com usage will spread quickly.

"We want to make it easy for people to stay linked and connected," Smith explains. "As Streetology1.com grows, we see it becoming a true reflection of societal trends, of contemporary culture, values and global issues of concern. And that would be beautiful."
