The LIVE Broadcasting Web 2.0 site had 50 Million Viewing Minutes Since it was Launched With More Than 20,000 Broadcasts Every Month

The LIVE streaming video website has had more than 50 million viewing minutes since it was launched. In the past month alone there were a million unique users that viewed more than 10 million minutes from 20,000 LIVE shows. The average user spent 20 minutes on the site.

During the past month blogTV.com launched a popularity contest in which users needed to gather the largest number of registered viewers to their LIVE show in order to win the grand prize of a trip around the world. Weekly winners are awarded with the new apple iPod touch.

Adding to its growing line of online services, blogTV launched last week two new features: private video chat and easy direct file sharing capabilities. These new features give users the option to establish a more personal connection with his or her fellow blogTV buddies and to enhance the collaboration and participation during live shows.
