This half-hour program will unveil WXYZ-TV/Channel                  7's most influential "newsmaker" of the year. Hosted by                  WXYZ-TV's Editorial and   Public Affairs Director, Chuck                  Stokes, this is the 13th annual "Newsmaker    Of The Year"                  special, which began in 1995.
