The nominations announcement will be          telecast live on Turner Network Television (TNT) and webcast live          on TNT.TV and TBS.COM.  The nominations announcement will air for          approximately 6-10 minutes. The ballots will be returned by Dec. 18,               2007, directly to Integrity Voting Systems, the Awards'               official elections teller.
