'Naked Chef' Jamie Oliver Talks Business on BLOOMBERG TV This Weekend

This weekend BLOOMBERG TELEVISION(R) viewers across the UK and Europe will see an exclusive interview with chef Jamie Oliver, who gained fame as television's "Naked Chef" and is now an advocate for children's nutrition and social responsibility.

The Bloomberg interview takes place at Fifteen, Oliver's London restaurant and charitable foundation that trains disadvantaged young people for careers in the restaurant industry. Jamie discusses the restaurant industry and tells BLOOMBERG TELEVISION that chefs have a social responsibility, "Especially ones like me and Gordon [Ramsay] that are in the public eye."

Oliver's "Feed Me Better" campaign for more nutritious school meals featured "Jamie's School Dinners," a 2005 four-episode television documentary series that focused on the quality of food served to children and led the U.K. government to pledge 280 million pounds (US$574 million) on school meals.
