WHAT: Lovely community affair celebrating the revitalization of the 1900 block of North 23rd Street in North Central Philadelphia. Thirteen low- and moderate-income and formerly homeless families are moving into brand new homes in time for the holidays (with 2 additional families moving in after the new year) thanks to a unique partnership that Jon Bon Jovi brokered between Project H.O.M.E., the Philadelphia Soul Charitable Foundation, and Saturn.
