Nearly Half of Americans Find Investing Confusing
Bankrate has published the findings of a national poll which determined that 47 percent of Americans who invest their money find the process confusing. More women admit to being confused compared to the men who were surveyed. Respondents stated that the most difficult aspect of investing is" knowing when to sell."
Key poll findings include: workplace retirement savings plans are the most common place for Americans to invest their money; 26 percent invest their money in individual stocks and bonds at a brokerage firm; and only 29 percent of people surveyed really know how much they are paying in investment fees

TiVo Announces Results of Its Stop||Watch(TM) Commercial Rankings for August
TiVo has announced its Top Commercial Rankings for August, as viewed by TiVo subscribers.
For the second month in row, T-N-T claimed several top highest rated program episodes in total viewing with The Closer. However, similar to the last month, while The Closer dominated the Top Program ratings, none of the commercials that aired during the program made the Top ten. In fact, nine of the Top ten commercial spots in August aired during Big Brother Eight, which was only the tenth highest rated program. In the meantime, Fox's So You Think You Can Dance continued its consistent summertime Top ten showing.
