BEVERLY HILLS, Calif., Oct. 1 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Imperia Entertainment, Inc. (Pink Sheets: IPEI) announced today that it has launched a new private placement up to $6 million, which provides investors a return of capital plus interest, and equity participation in its motion picture, "Never Submit." "The units in the private placement are not convertible to common stock, so it is more attractive to our current stockholders, and should provide us the capital needed to fund all our film projects through 2008," said Kenneth Eade, Chairman.
