Loving Well begins airing today

NASHVILLE, Tenn., Sept. 13 /PRNewswire/ -- Best-selling author, speaker and curriculum creator Beth Moore takes to the airwaves today with her first television special. The 30-minute broadcast will highlight the core message from Moore's new Loving Well Bible curriculum published by LifeWay Christian Resources. Taped at a live LifeWay event in Knoxville, Tenn., Moore's teaching is inspiring, challenging, and very personal. This is the first time a new Beth Moore curriculum will be featured on television.

"Loving Well is designed to bring Beth Moore's compelling event message to a weekend retreat for women and their friends," said Pam Case, women's ministry director for LifeWay. "We're excited to be using television to reach women who might need this study but would otherwise never hear about it."

The Loving Well study is designed to help women develop better relationships, said Case. In it, Moore describes different types of people, some easy and some difficult to love. According to Moore, God transforms lives when people learn how to truly love all whom God has placed in their lives.

Designed for an intimate retreat setting or short-term Bible study, the Loving Well study includes ideas for skits, games, worship plans, music suggestions, and decorating tips. The messages include hard-hitting truths, as well as humor, all designed to help women embrace the biblical mandate to love and to develop skills for loving others.

Moore has written numerous books and Bible studies, including Breaking Free, Believing God, and When Godly People Do Ungodly Things, which have been read by women of all ages, races, and denominations and have sold millions of copies worldwide. Her Living Proof Live conferences have been attended by close to 500,000 women.

The first Loving Well specials broadcast this morning in Atlanta and Pittsburgh. On Friday, Sept. 14, the broadcast will air on WACX, Orlando, Fla., at 11:00 a.m., INSP cable network at 12:30 p.m., and WHT cable network at 2:00 p.m. (All times EDT.)
