Leigh Primack Joins GSN as Executive Director, Distribution

SANTA MONICA, Calif., Aug. 20 /PRNewswire/ -- Leigh Primack has been named to the newly created, Chicago-based position of Executive Director of Distribution at GSN. Primack, a 10-year cable veteran, will oversee all affiliate sales and marketing efforts for GSN's new Central Region group. In addition to her affiliate sales responsibilities she will be charged with staffing and managing the day-to-day distribution operations of the Chicago office. She begins August 30th.

Primack comes to GSN from Si TV, where she most recently served as director, affiliate sales and marketing. In that capacity, she oversaw Si TV's field sales efforts, with specific responsibility for the Midwest and Florida region, and played a vital role in managing relationships with key distributors, including Time Warner, Comcast and Bright House.

Prior to Si TV, Primack worked over eight years at Rainbow Media Holdings where she held various positions in affiliate sales and marketing. She has also worked as a hospital fundraising director as well as in corporate marketing at Fifth Third Bank. She is involved with numerous WICT and CTAM chapters and previously served as a Board Member for the WICT Chicago Chapter. Primack holds a BA from Ohio Wesleyan University and is originally from Cincinnati, OH.
