Diabetes Research Benefit Changes Hamptons Site for Private Diana Ross Concert

SOUTHAMPTON, N.Y., Aug. 9 /PRNewswire/ -- To accommodate an overwhelming response, the location for An Evening Under the Stars, featuring a private performance by legendary artist and superstar Diana Ross and benefiting the Diabetes Research Institute (DRI), will change to Stony Brook Southampton, formerly Southampton College, located at 239 Montauk Highway. The new venue for the Hamptons event will be able to accommodate nearly double the capacity of the original location, the Quogue home of hosts and underwriters, Jill Viner and Cliff Viner. The college campus' unencumbered grounds presents Miami-based event virtuoso Barton G.- the conceiver, designer and producer of the evening - with a blank canvas on which to create an elegant, intimate and tailored supper club setting for 500 guests.
