LONDON, July 25/PRNewswire/ -- The London based company Hollywood Entertainment Exchange Plc, ("HEE"), is pleased to announce its successful listing on the Open Market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange with effect of July 25, 2007, the Company's shares are listed with trading symbol "HOR".

The number of the issued shares amount to 20,000,000 at an initial listing price of EUR 1.50. The free float equates to 40%, the remaining shares being held by the founders of HEE, its Management team and key investors.
