Starz Entertainment to Promote Vongo on Toshiba Notebooks
Select Toshiba Notebook Computers to Include Vongo Software, Special Trial Offer
ENGLEWOOD, Colo., June 26 /PRNewswire/ -- Starz Entertainment LLC, announced today a co-marketing agreement with Toshiba Digital Products Division, a division of Toshiba America Information Systems, Inc., ("Toshiba") to promote Vongo, the Starz Entertainment Internet movie and video download service, on select models of Toshiba's notebook computers in the United States. This agreement will enable Toshiba customers purchasing Satellite or Qosmio notebook computers to access a 30-day free trial to Vongo, which will provide unlimited access to more than 2,500 video titles including first-run Hollywood blockbusters, anime, concert and extreme sports videos.
Under the terms of the deal, beginning on July 1, Toshiba will include a desktop icon enabling users to access seamlessly the online Vongo registration process. Once the brief registration is complete, the user will have 30 days to sample the unmatched collection of unlimited first-run movie hits and video content. The 30-day trial is available to new Vongo customers.

Vongo subscribers have unlimited access to more than 1,000 movies and 2,500 total video selections as well as a live, streaming Starz TV channel for a monthly cost of $9.99. Select popular pay-per-view titles are also available for individual rental. In addition to Windows-based PCs, laptops and portable devices, Vongo subscribers can also transfer their Vongo content onto a TV from the PC for optimal viewing with Media Extenders, such as the Xbox 360, or navigate Vongo and play their movies on the TV with a remote control and Windows Vista with Windows Media Center, http://www.vongo.com/.
