of baseball and celebrates Jackie Robinson's historic role in breaking the color barrier WHAT: A special invitation-only screening of BROOKLYN DODGERS: THE GHOSTS OF FLATBUSH, a two-part HBO Sports documentary that explores ten definitive years (1947-1957) in the history of one of the most recognizable teams in Major League Baseball, the Brooklyn Dodgers. The film chronicles the team's struggle against their "Achilles heel," the New York Yankees and recounts their history-making decision to sign Jackie Robinson -- the first African American to play in the major leagues. The film uses rare footage and revealing interviews featuring: Jackie Robinson's widow, Rachel Robinson; former players Duke Snider, Carl Erskine, Clem Labine and Johnny Podres; former Dodgers general manager Emil J.
