CMT to Air Quarterly NASCAR Specials Beginning in October

NASHVILLE, Tenn., Oct. 18 /PRNewswire/ -- CMT has reached a one-year agreement with NASCAR Images to air quarterly, one-hour specials on the immensely popular sport, with the first of these specials, NASCAR's MOST DRAMATIC FINISHES, premiering Friday, October 28 at 9 p.m. ET/PT.

Beginning with October's NASCAR's MOST DRAMATIC FINISHES, CMT will also highlight NASCAR's Greatest Rivalries, Top 10 Dominators and Top 10 Comebacks. CMT's past relationship with NASCAR includes the highly-rated, one-hour special, 40 GREATEST NASCAR MOMENTS, and the DALE EARNHARDT, JR. UNCUT: 60 MINUTES SPECIAL, both of which aired in January 2005.

NASCAR's MOST DRAMATIC FINISHES is produced by NASCAR Images. Paul Villadolid serves as executive in charge of production for CMT, with Lewis Bogach as executive producer.
