XtremeMac Debuts High Definition Earphones at Apple Expo

FS.1 High Definition Earphones Powered by Future Sonics to be Available November 1, 2005

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. and PARIS, Sept. 20 /PRNewswire/ -- XtremeMac debuted its FS.1 High Definition Earphones today, introducing a new generation of professional audio technology to the iPod consumer. Launched in conjunction with the opening day of Apple Expo in Paris, these earphones are the first product resulting from the partnership between XtremeMac and Future Sonics, the leading manufacturers of personal monitors for professional musicians.

While other earphones continue to use armature-type drivers-the same kind found in hearing aids-the FS.1 earphones utilize proprietary drivers and technologies recently developed by Future Sonics. These drivers produce a natural tone and rich, deep bass-even at the lowest volume levels-that surpass the performance of any other earphones on the market.
