TROY, Mich., Sept. 7 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Handleman Company (NYSE:HDL), http://www.handleman.com/ , today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $.08 per share on the outstanding shares of common stock of the Company, payable October 7, 2005, to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 22, 2005.
