BroadRelay, Inc. Expands Spanish Programming with Two Major Content Deals

PHILADELPHIA, Sept. 28 /PRNewswire/ -- BroadRelay, Inc., (http://www.broadrelay.com/), a Philadelphia-based technology, media and entertainment company, and a wholly owned subsidiary of BroadRelay Holdings, Inc. (Pink Sheets: BDRH), announced today that it has entered into two separate content agreements with major providers of foreign-language movies and content. The agreement with Latin Vision, Inc. (Chatsworth, CA) covers 41 feature-length Spanish-language movies, while the deal with Vanguard Cinema, Inc. (Buena Park, CA) is for 125 movies (58 in Spanish) in a variety of languages, including Spanish, English, Finnish, Greek, Hungarian and Japanese. Both agreements are three years in length. The Spanish movies will be added to the Company's existing slate of Spanish-language programming currently offered under the SIVOO(TM) brand name (http://www.sivoo.com/).

BroadRelay currently has agreements with international content providers covering hundreds of movies in 17 languages. SIVOO's first offering, a Spanish-language pay-per-view movie channel, is currently in beta testing; the Company plans an official launch, featuring additional content, this Fall. An Asian movie channel with 100 titles is expected to be launched in the 4th quarter 2005. Additionally, in a joint venture with the C3 Group, BroadRelay is developing AsiaCrossing.com(TM), an English-language news portal serving the Asian community in the U.S. and abroad. AsiaCrossing.com is currently in beta testing, with an anticipated 4th quarter 2005 launch date.
