The Artist: As an executive producer, the Atlanta-based Jermaine Dupri oversaw Usher's blockbuster Confessions album, which has sold nearly 9 million copies and in 2005 earned the Grammy for Best Contemporary R&B album. As CEO of So So Def Recordings, he's helmed the release of dozens of platinum and gold records. As a producer and songwriter, Dupri has helped shape hits for Usher, Alicia Keys, Mariah Carey and others. He's also crafted platinum albums for himself, and was recently appointed President of Virgin Records Urban Music.

The Scene: Jermaine Dupri is performing a free, unannounced-until-today "Fusion Flash Concert" for "insiders" registered on http://www.fusionflashconcerts.com/ and the general public on a first- come, first-admitted "space available" basis.

Dupri's show is the 2nd of 10 nationwide. The Roots led off the series in New York 2 days ago. Fat Joe will play next week in Philadelphia at a secret location. The secret series, interactive website and exclusive content is part of a national grassroots effort to amplify the street buzz surrounding the launch of the new 2006 Ford Fusion sedan.

Show Time: Saturday, July 16, 2005 Centennial Olympic Park. Mr. Dupri will perform live on-stage, starting at 7:30 p.m. Doors open at 6:30.
