NTN Communications Signs Substantial Software License Agreement With Major Hospitality Operator

Contract Is Expected to Become the Largest Software License Ever Signed by NTN

CARLSBAD, Calif., June 22 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- NTN Communications, Inc. (AMEX:NTN), a leader in interactive communications and entertainment products for the home and for the hospitality industry, announced today that it has signed an agreement with a major hospitality operator for licensing of its RSViP(R) Reservation Management System software. The contract is expected to bring NTN over $1 million in license, installation and maintenance revenues in the coming 12 months. The ultimate value of the agreement will be determined by the number of operator locations that elect to install the system and the extent of expanded products and services ordered.

The RSViP Reservation Management System allows reservations for all property restaurants to be made in real time from any property restaurant and from dozens of satellite locations on and off the property. The RSViP System is currently in use at over 300 locations in North America and is being marketed to hotels, casinos, theme parks and fine dining restaurants nationwide.
