Cyber Law Attorney Available to Comment on MGM v. Grokster Supreme Court Case
PHILADELPHIA, June 27 /PRNewswire/ -- Tristam (Tris) R. Grokster case ruled on today by the Supreme Court of the United States. The Supreme Court ruled that Internet file-sharing services can be held responsible if the service intends for users to use the software primarily to illegally swap songs and movies. This unanimous decision will send the case back to lower court.
