TVN Entertainment and Cox Communications Ink New Video-On-Demand Deal

Multi-Year Deal With Cox to Provide an Array of VOD Content and Services

BURBANK, Calif., May 2 /PRNewswire/ -- TVN Entertainment Corporation, the leading provider of on demand television programming, management and delivery services, today announced that it has signed an agreement with Atlanta-based Cox Communications Inc. to provide transport of Video On Demand (VOD) programming and services.

TVN will provide Cox with a variety of content to augment its current On Demand content offerings, including access to TVN's growing slate of basic and specialty on demand networks. Cox, the third-largest cable broadband provider in the nation, serves approximately 6.6 million residential customers including 2.4 million digital cable subscriptions. The agreement with TVN encompasses all of Cox's On Demand markets.
