JAKKS Pacific(R) Expands TV Games(TM) Agreement With Lucasfilm to Include GAMEKEY(TM) Expansion Pack

(NASDAQ:JAKK) announced today that the Company has expanded its licensing agreement with Lucasfilm Ltd. to market and distribute the TV Games(TM) GAMEKEY(TM) expansion pack as an amendment to its original TV Games agreement. The TV Games GAMEKEY products are slated to be developed based on all films in the Star Wars saga -- A New Hope, The Empire Strikes Back, Return of the Jedi, The Phantom Menace, Attack of the Clones, and the upcoming Star Wars: Episode III Revenge of the Sith.

The Plug it in & Play TV Games(TM) products are gaming systems that contain multiple games in one single controller and plug directly into the A/V jacks of any standard television. The TV Games GAMEKEY expansion pack is the next-generation innovation for the award-winning TV Games product line by offering users the opportunity to add additional games made exclusively for their favorite TV Games controllers, and will cost significantly less than the price of a TV Games unit.
