This year, The Golden Globes(R) were moved back to the weekend of the NFL Playoffs similar to 2003. E!'s "Countdown to the Red Carpet" (12 PM - 6 PM ET/PT) delivered a solid .62 HH rating in metered markets, peaking in its last half hour leading into the live two-hour pre-show with a 1.04 HH rating.
