Cook the pasta according to directions. Drain and quickly rinse with cool water. Set aside to drain thoroughly. 2. Place the drained pasta in a large serving bowl and add the tomatoes, bell pepper, jalapenos, onion slices, avocados and cilantro. 3. Toss lightly just to mix. 4. Make the dressing: Whisk together the mayonnaise, salsa, lime juice and salt. 5. Toss into the pasta mixture. Serve immediately or cover and chill until ready to serve.
