Data393 Announces Private Equity Placement DENVER, Jan. 18 /PRNewswire/ -- Data393, a data center and e-business provider, announced a private-equity placement of $2.95 million. The company, located at the Inverness Business Park in suburban Denver, will use the capital for infrastructure expansion and for improvements at its 46,000-square-foot facility, said Lee Woodward, president and CEO of the company. Woodward, who invested about $600,000 of his own money into the placement, said he obtained additional funding from friends and family. "This placement was important for our continued growth and profitability, and will allow us to service our existing and future customers better and more efficiently," said Woodward.
