Doc Hollywood Kidz (OTC: DHYK) Announces Restricted Stock Sales to Expand Company's Ongoing Acquisitions and Strategic Alliances LOS ANGELES, Dec. 10 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Doc Hollywood Kidz has announced the sale of 600,000 shares of restricted stock at $0.25 per share, with an option to purchase an additional 600,000 shares for 90 days to support the company's operations and development of acquisitions and strategic alliances. Since going public in October 2004, Doc Hollywood Kidz has made numerous headlines in the industry and has been presented with new opportunities in the form of intellectual properties, music, strategic alliances, financial support and possible co-production/development deals. The company has formulated a first-look deal with production and distribution house Arclight Films (http://www.arclightfilms.com/). A film production, sales, and distribution company, Arclight Films is primarily involved in international sales, and has a development fund that is becoming increasingly active in production. Arclight's recent credits include "The Merchant of Venice" with Al Pacino and "Lord of War" with Nicolas Cage and Ethan Hawke. The new agreement creates a strategic alliance between the two companies, and creates a first-look deal whereby Arclight would provide its consulting services and receive the first opportunity to distribute, and in some cases finance, Doc Hollywood Kidz' burgeoning slate of product. Both companies are currently in discussions to expand their relationship. Additionally, Doc Hollywood Kidz recently inked a deal to facilitate Prints and Advertising funding for a $32 Million Major Motion Picture Release, the Feature Film, "George and the Dragon" starring Patrick Swayze, Michael Clarke Duncan, James Purefoy and Piper Perabo as Princess Lunna. For its music division, DHYK has teamed with Oglio Entertainment through ADA (a division of the Warner Music Group) for North American distribution. This new deal will make Doc Hollywood Kidz music available to all entertainment/music retailers nationwide. The company has established a new pact with Animazoo, pioneers of Motion Capture Animation Technology and the "Gypsy" Motion Capture Systems (as seen in the motion picture, "Polar Express"). Animazoo's client list includes the multi-Oscar-winning effects creators behind films such as "Terminator," "Alien," and "Jurassic Park." DHYK entered into a multi-year, strategic alliance with Animazoo to assist in the development of Doc Hollywood Kidz' content needs.
